Chair Yoga for Seniors &
Gentle Hatha Yoga from a seated position, suitable for seniors or those with limited mobility (and people who find it hard to get up from the floor). Helps you to find mobility and stay stabilized. Increase flexibility and improve mind clarity and body awareness for overall mindfulness.
The class is gentle, and enjoyable. Some props such as: paper plates, belt, cushion, yoga block may be used in the sessions.
Private one hour sessions at your home are available on Thursdays at present.
NOTE : These sessions has spaces unless the session has a FULL notice.
