I have been doing Yoga with Poppy for six months. The exercises have helped me with backache, and it has improved my flexibility and posture. I always enjoy the practices and am looking forward to my next ones.

The class is very enjoyable. I feel relaxed yet energised at the end of the session and it has really improved my posture. Poppy is an enthusiastic teacher and is careful to modify moves to ensure that everyone is able to achieve to the best of their ability.

As a beginner, I find the classes are structured to introduce the yoga basics. Poppy ensures every lesson is more challenging and rewarding. Lessons using Zoom work really well.
Poppy gently guides me on my already-possessed knowledge of Yoga and how I can improve on it: the correct position of certain poses, as well as the importance of our connection to our body through yoga. I was her student for a few months and I certainly benefitted from her class. Poppy was always accommodating to my needs and gave me a sense of comfort, though our practice was held on Zoom. I highly recommend Poppy as a yoga teacher - both for you who are beginners, as well as intermediate yoga enthusiasts.
I've been doing yoga with Poppy for nearly a year now. Her knowledge, empathy and understanding of both body and soul is spot on. I have progressed mentally and physically so much; this is due to her relaxed way of teaching and she is clear in her instructions and demonstrations. She is caring and able to do modifications for you. I am always excited attending yoga with Poppy. The classes are varied and I have only met lovely people.
