Hi, I am Poppy, thanks for the visit!
I am a Yoga (Hatha) Teacher, a Yoga Teacher Trainer also a Yoga Therapist. I teach Yoga in my community and surrounding at community halls, care homes and online teaching for about 4 years. Find me on YouTube 'yoga with Poppy' for flavour of my classes.  My yoga journey started about 14 years ago as a way to switch from a long distance running to something more gentle in the joints, and love it!   Yoga has transformed my life to a pleasant one in mind and body and has improve my quality of life. My classes are gentle and I strive to deliver the classes safely and effectively.  I encourage students to practice with mindfulness and experience and finding what feels good whilst practising yoga. I also offer private sessions online and in home studio.  My classes are suitable for everyone from beginners to a bit more challenging ones. My students refers my classes as enjoyable, informative, and easy to follow.  And they also said  have been feeling the benefits of it. Why Yoga with Poppy?

Firstly, yoga not only makes you feel better but also reduces stress and anxiety.  It is a very accessible way to look after your body and mind and is suitable for people of all ages and abilities.

I am a passionate yoga instructor with many hundreds of hours of teaching experience and qualified with a Diploma (Distinction) and advanced Hatha yoga teaching (Distinction) as a Yoga Teacher from the British School of Yoga (BSY).  I aim to deliver my classes safely and effectively, whether in person or remotely.  I keep everyone's varying abilities in mind, by delivering both modifications and progressions of the Asanas (yoga poses) to suit all needs. Many clients mention the sessions are enjoyable and fun!
